1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website libranet.pro and the IT consulting, development, and support services provided by MB Libranet (company code 306214658), registered at V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania ("Libranet", "we", "us").

2. Services

Libranet provides IT consulting and development services including, but not limited to: cloud architecture, DevOps, infrastructure support, cyber security, mobile application development, AI & machine learning solutions, and custom software development. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

3. Engagement Process

Inquiries submitted through our contact form or email do not constitute a binding agreement. A contractual relationship is established only upon mutual signing of a service agreement or statement of work. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Provide timely access to systems, credentials, and resources as required
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines
• Make payments according to the terms of the service agreement

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement: upon full payment, the client receives ownership of custom-developed code and materials. Libranet retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary tools developed during the engagement. Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 2 years.

7. Limitation of Liability

Libranet's total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.

8. Website Use

The content on libranet.pro is provided for informational purposes. While we strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the content. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.

10. Changes to These Terms
